Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Body Technician with experience in automotive body repair and refinishing. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in their work. You will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections to assess damage and determine repair needs
• Repair and replace damaged body panels, fenders, and other automotive components.
• Sand, prime, and paint repaired surfaces to match original finishes.
• Install glass and trim components.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to perform repairs efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Technician
• Proficiency in using body shop tools and equipment.
• Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• ASE or I-CAR certification is a plus.
