• The Dent Co is hiring Independent PDR Hail Technicians with a minimum of 5 years experience to repair RETAIL Vehicles from a recent storm in the St Louis area. Prefer Teams of 2, but not mandatory. Damage is ranked as follows:
1. Level 1- Lighter Hail Damage, 100% PDR repairable panels.
II.
Level 2- Moderate to Heavy Hail Damage consisting of a Combination of Majority PDR repairable panels and minor panel replacement
III.
Level 3- Heavy Hail Damage consisting of a Combination of Select PDR repairable panels, some Push to Paint, and panel replacements.
Facility: We have secured an additional facility that will be able to easily house 20+ vehicles for repair and allow ample room for panel repair and parts storage. This facility is secured with cameras, to ensure your tools are locked and safe.
R/1: The Dent Co is reaching out for 1 or 2 Qualified R/l technicians but a PDR team may perform their own R/l or have bring their own R/l personnel.
You Must Supply: Technicians will be required to supply the following documentation and agree to:
Compensation:
A Competitive 50% of Adjusted Gross PDR will be the PDR Technician Percent. (Adjusted Gross
PDR is the Gross amount on Estimate less any Prior negotiated % split, ie: Body shop %) The Dent Co is NOT chipping away at the gross numbers with Miscellaneous Admin fees, Facility fees, Cleaning fees or Porter fees.
Pay will be EFT from Patriot Payroll (No Cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Cash App Payments) on a weekly basis, with an initial 2-week lag period which allows The Dent Co time to process and reconcile Technician Pay and apply any Supplements. The Dent Co will NOT issue pay advances.
Breakage:
Broken parts that occur during the Normal process of R/I and PDR repair will be Supplemented. Any malicious Breakage will be charged back to the Technician.
Lodging:
There are several Chain Hotels within 5 minutes of The Dent Co and its Annex facility.
